Clewiston sugar cane railway, Florida

This operation is owned by the US Sugar Corporation - railway info on its website:-

U.S. Sugar owns and operates the largest private agricultural short line railroad in the country and is the only sugar company in the continental United States that transports all its cane by railroad to its sugar factory. Rail transportation of U.S. Sugar’s cane crop is one of the aspects of production that makes Company operations highly cost efficient since rail transport requires significantly less fuel than truck transport and reduces highway traffic.
